1. About us
https://cosycreation.com is operated by Cosy Creations Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16547323), registered address UK. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our products
We create personalised, made-to-order colouring books using AI tools, finished and quality-checked by our team, then printed and delivered to you. Because every book is custom-made to your specifications, it is a bespoke item produced specifically for you.
3. Previews and ordering
Before paying, you can generate a free, watermarked preview. When you place an order, you confirm you are happy with the style and personalisation. We then produce, quality-check, print and dispatch your book.
4. Personalisation & uploaded content
If you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and consent to us processing it as described in our Privacy Policy. You must not upload content that is unlawful, explicit, harmful, or that depicts anyone in an inappropriate manner. We use automated and human checks and may refuse any content at our discretion. 5. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout. We do not store your card details.
6. Cancellation & refunds
Because our books are bespoke, personalised goods made to your specification, the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once production has begun. Please see our Refund Policy for our fault-free guarantee and how we handle problems.

8. Intellectual property
You receive the personalised book for your own personal, non-commercial use. We retain rights in our website, brand, templates and underlying tools.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
